We use four main strategies to champion change in Colorado.

We organize: We organize child care workers and housing advocates to solve our toughest cost of living challenges in Colorado. Every Colorado family should have access to affordable child care and a safe place to call home.

We create powerful communities and equip leaders with the tools to make change at the local and state level

We change the story: We work with our partners at Child Care Works to leverage the power of stories to inform public opinion about child care and housing affordability in Colorado. We lift up stories of impacted Coloradans through media, culture, and movement organizing.

We engage voters: lasting change often happens at the ballot box. Join local and state initiatives at the local and state level to support access to child care and affordable housing.
